How does REJURAN® work?

The growth factors in each Rejuran product are designed to stimulate the growth of new cells and ideal tissue restoration. Rejuran works to provide a lattice or scaffolding type foundation on which skin cells can thrive so that there is greater and faster replication of healthy cell growth, coupled with noticeably reduced inflammation.

What should I know before my Rejuran treatment?

An initial cycle of three or more Rejuran treatment sessions two to four weeks apart is recommended. This will be confirmed by our nurse. Please tell our nurse what skincare topical treatments and non-surgical cosmetic treatments you have had.

Check with our nurse if you:

• suffer from bleeding disorders.

• received dermal filler (Cross-linked HA) injections, there can be occurrences of granuloma and hypersensitivity.

• have any other medical conditions.

• take any medicines for any other condition.

• are pregnant or intend to become pregnant.

• are breastfeeding or intend to breastfeed.

What are the side effects?

Composed of highly bio-compatible DNA fragments, very similar to our body. Rejuran fundamentally restores the skin without any adverse effects. It is also completely safe and effective for those areas that are difficult to treat with hyaluronic acid filler or toxin.

Rejuran is TGA-approved, CE-certified, and approved in over 30 countries. Over the last decade, more than 10 million syringes of Rejuran have been sold, and no official adverse events have been reported so far.

While there may be some initial slight swelling or papules on the treated areas immediately after the treatment, this will subside within 24-72 hours, and you can go about your day activities as usual. The procedure may result in minor redness, injection marks, small visible bumps, etc., this will subside within 1-2 days. Minor flaking, dryness and peeling which may last several days.

What should do after my Rejuran treatment?

After the procedure, carefully apply sunscreen with a high SPF index to prevent pigmentation. Rejuran can be shortened due to sun exposure (UV rays).

Things should avoid:

• Refrain from high-temperature entrances such as saunas. Excessive massage, such as scleroderma, and UV radiation should be avoided for two weeks after the procedure.

• Physical strain, headfirst movements and sports the day of and the day after treatment.

• Avoid chemical peel after the treatment for two weeks.
